Tocados a conjunto o que contraste?/ Headpieces to set or contrast?

En primer lugar quería disculparme por estar tanto tiempo sin publicar, pero he estado más de un mes sin ordenador, con el caos que eso supone hoy en día. Es muy frustrante hoy quedarte sin una herramienta así, nunca pensé que resultaría tan imprescindible y tan necesario. Sólo quería que supierais que estoy bien y que ya he recuperado mi vida en la red. 

Dicho esto os presento a Mareva. Ella necesitaba tocado y cartera, cosa que me gusta mucho porque permite hacer un look más redondo. La boda tuvo lugar en agosto en Mallorca y el color que ella escogió para el vestido era un malva claro. Los zapatos eran color berenjena con lo que creo que no fue mala opción usar esa gama de colores para completar el conjunto. Como el vestido era de corte recto y sencillo pensamos que sería buena opción hacer la cartera y el tocado más barrocos con plumas y flecos de varios colores (respetando la gama de colores). 

Os doy mi opinión a cerca de si el contraste en los complementos es adecuado o no. Dentro de que esto es una cuestión de gustos y por lo tanto es una apreciación meramente subjetiva, me parece que en épocas como la primavera y el verano, contrastar colores es muy favorecedor y aporta mucha alegría al conjunto, pero hay que tener en cuenta 2 factores: la época del año y cómo de recargado sea el vestido. La personalidad de la portadora es un punto también, pero eso es a parte. Como decía, en primavera y verano uno se puede conceder muchas licencias mientras que en otoño e invierno si se contrasta debería ser con moderación. O bien tonos poco saturados o bien poco contrastados, de lo contrario resultaría un look muy estridente (para mi gusto, claro). Si el vestido es muy importante de por sí, con muchos adornos y detalles, debemos dejar que el protagonista sea el vestido ya que si tratamos de poner un tocado muy alejado de los tonos del vestido habrá una lucha de poder Tocado-vestido, nada aconsejable (es mi opinión también). En esta regla, como en todas hay honrosas excepciones, cómo no!

Hoy os enseño el tocado de Clara. La boda a la que acudió era en el campo y no me dió más pauta que su vestuario...eso es maravilloso también. Me gusta que me den pautas porque es más sencillo llegar a conclusiones, pero cuando te dan manga ancha es genial porque tienes la posibilidad de dejar volar la imaginación. Yo se lo agradezco mucho. 

El vestido era liso con corte a la cintura y sin mangas de color coral y los complementos en dorado. El tocado era con la base color paja y redecilla tostada, flores de varios colores de la gama de los turquesa, coral y tostados con plumas coral. Me parece que estaba estilosa y estoy convencida de que iba cómoda porque no pesaba nada!

Cintas para la cabeza en una boda / headdress headband for a wedding

Hoy en el blog os enseño la posibilidad de llevar un tocado de cinta en la cabeza para una boda. La verdad es que depende de las modas pero hay épocas en las que la gente pide cintas, turbantes o casquetes... A mi cualquier adorno me va bien y por supuesto esta posibilidad siempre la encuentro vistosa y queda muy bien, quizá le da al look un toque casual pero queda muy bien.

Esta vez Natalia, amiga mía, a la que habréis visto en otras ocasiones escogió esta versión de tocado para una boda de verano. El vestido constaba de volantes pequeños en varios tonos pastel y el escote era palabra de honor. La verdad es que ella tiene las cosas muy claras con lo que hacerle un tocado es relativamente sencillo. Quería que llevara dorado y que tuviera los tonos del vestido. Los colores escogidos para el tocado fueron el maquillaje y el verde claro. Estaba muy mona porque es de las que sabe vestirse de fiesta.

Tocado de encaje para un look sencillo / Lace headdress for a simple look

Hoy os enseño de nuevo a Ana. Este año la pobre va de boda en boda y tiro porque me toca. Si hay algo que Ana y yo tenemos es que no somos sencillas, no nos gusta pasar desapercibidas, por eso tenemos tan buen feeling. Nos entendemos bien, vamos.

Esta vez y sin que sirva de precedente escogió un vestido simple, beige y liso así que había que añadirle alegría pero estando elegante. Lo cortés no quita lo valiente. Qué decidimos? Encaje. Este material es sencillo siempre que no vaya bordado y no combine colores y le añade elegancia por la complejidad del dibujo que hace. Para que no resultara soso escogí un tono más dorado pero siempre respetando la gama y flores de tonos empolvados pero que animaran el tocado. Ella esta guapísima como veréis y en esta ocasión no he quitado al acompañante porque él estaba a la altura de las circunstancias totalmente. Menuda pareja de guapos!

Tocado inspiración Carlota Casiraghi / Headpiece inspiration Charlotte Casiraghi

Sí, tengo el blog abandonado pero es que la vida se complica...pero estoy de nuevo aquí para enseñaros novedades que se me van amontonando.

Os acordaís de la última boda de los Grimaldi? Los novios en esa boda fueron un accesorio porque en realidad lo que todos queríamos ver era a Carolina y a Carlota de Mónaco. Son mujeres que siempre van adecuadas, estén en el contexto que estén. Poseen ese "chic" francés tan difícil de definir.   Pues bien, sinceramente a mí me dejaron las dos a cuadros, jamás hubiera dicho que iban a escoger ninguno de los 2 looks ni los complementos. Si bien Carolina iba adecuada, la pamela la vi más para recolectar fresas que para la boda de su hermano. Sin embargo Carlota, de entrada no me gustó, la combinación del tocado y el resto del look me pareció muy arriesgada y que en general estaba poco conjuntada. Hay que tener mucha personalidad para llevar un tocado así y he de reconocer que con el paso del tiempo me conquistó. Sigue sin gustarme la elección del vestido con complementos pero el tocado me fue ganando poco a poco.


Claudia, la protagonista de hoy es de Oropesa, pero vive en Madrid y yo hasta que me casé viví (salvo años en Valencia) en Benicasim. Son 2 municipios contiguos de Castellón, si fuimos vecinas! jajaj que pequeño es el mundo. Ella quería un tocado para el bautizo de su hija Leni. Es una chica súper moderna y con mucho carácter. No me sorprendió nada que quisiera un tocado parecido al que lució la princesa de Mónaco, pero en su caso la combinación era mucho mejor. Escogió un vestido corto, con corte recto y manga francesa de Maje. El vestido era color hueso y lo combinó con unos zapatos fucsia con punta dorada que eran la nota de color del look, junto con una cartera negra.

Os enseño el resultado que a mi parecer fue estupendo!

En una gran boda, ponte pamela/ In a wedding, please pamela

Bueno bueno, ya estamos en primavera, aunque los señores del tiempo se empeñen en mandarnos lluvias y bajadas de temperatura de 10 grados para esta semana! Por la primavera va el post de hoy!

Os presento a mi amiga Paula, hace un tiempo era una conocida pero he de decir que la considero mi amiga de un tiempo a esta parte. Es encantadora y como os he dicho en varias ocasiones ella es de las típicas mujeres que poseen una elegancia natural. Su actitud sólo sin necesidad de hablar, lo demuestra. Es de esas chicas que da igual que vaya a comprar el pan o a correr o de boda que siempre está bien. Tiene mucha clase y eso juega a mi favor, ya que sé qué, haga lo que haga estará estupenda!

Ella juega con la baza de la elegancia y con otro as que tiene en la manga. Su tía regenta una tienda en Villarreal que tiene una selección de prendas de diseño, con lo último de cada temporada y eso parece que no, pero cuenta. La Boutique se llama 2D y pinchando sobre el nombre accedéis a su página de facebook para poder saber más detalles.

Paula, también hace una cosa muy buena y es que sabe combinar a la perfección prendas de marca con accesorios de tiendas low cost como en este caso su clutch que es de Suite Blanco. Las sandalias son de Bimba y  Lola y son preciosas también.

Escogió un vestido del pantone de temporada Tangerine Tango y el contrapunto fue la pamela en verde botella que a su vez combinaba con el nude de cartera y sandalias y el contraste lo ponía la pamela también con el morado de una de sus flores. En esta ocasión se hizo una pamela para una boda de mañana, una boda en Castellón en la que hubo muchos tocados, cosa poco habitual y de lo que me alegro profundamente jejej!  Bueno mi opinión es poco objetiva pero creo que está fantástica. Qué opináis?
